Player Skills Clinic

Tumwater Soccer Club will be hosting a 2 day Player Skills Clinic this Spring of 2026. Players will learn a range of techniques and skills from experienced soccer coaches. There will be skill training for keepers and finishers.

Keepers - catching, footwork, positioning, diving
Finishing – beating a player off the dribble to shoot (1 v1), combine to score (1-2’s), off the bounce (volleys), from a cross

Learn about this exciting program designed to help kids learn fundamentals and soccer basics before they start their soccer journey.

Attention Volunteers

Mandatory Background Check & Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training, Concussion Compliance Training & SafeSport Training for all Administrative Staff, Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches & Team Managers

- Washington Youth Soccer is requiring that all volunteers must complete the Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) Awareness Course, Concussion Compliance (CC) training course and SafeSport Training. This is required annually.

- Washington Youth Soccer requires all volunteers to obtain a Risk Management Application (RMA) in order to work with children. This is required annually. Make sure to select Spring 2026 for the RMA when logging in. Please select Tumwater Soccer Club when it asks for Club Affiliation.
